Private Pilates Sessions:
Private training is an ideal approach towards building a solid foundation in Pilates, or advancing an already established practice, as well as addressing any specific concerns.
Duet Pilates Sessions:
An excellent alternative to privates for people who want more of an individualized training environment and attention. Practice with a friend, partner or family member of similar ability and needs.
Private Yoga Sessions:
Private yoga training is a great introduction to yoga prior to joining a group class. On occasion clients prefer individual attention and personalized classes. Other reasons to consider private sessions is to address particular issues including chronic pain, stress, or health challenges that might be getting in way of joyful day-today living.
